Evolution of EPF's Digital Identity
This project is about revamping the human experience of one of the biggest EPF products, i-Akaun which consist of 17 Million users in order to allow members to conveniently manage their retirement savings, view balances, make contributions, apply for withdrawals, and update personal details.

Design Labs
Our design workshop or labs was held at EPF Learning Kampus, Kajang. It is a collaborative session where stakeholders engage in activities to generate ideas, solve problems, and make design decisions.

A simple design workshop is made to teach the designers from EPF on how to use Figma and we also produced some tutorial videos for them to train their employees later for the launch.
