Being a nerd was not bad at all actually

As an unwavering nerd, I proudly ascended the academic ranks, consistently achieving top scores, including a remarkable 5As in the UPSR examination, igniting a passion for knowledge that continues to shape my path.

A comfort zone is a suicide

Having been bestowed with the mantle of intellect, I often found myself succumbing to the allure of laziness. The comfort of knowing I was the smartest engendered a leisurely disposition, with my free time predominantly occupied by immersive gaming sessions and endless hours of television, indulging in the realms of fantasy and entertainment.

Scored a hat trick throughout school days

In the realm of academic excellence, I proudly stood among the top students, securing a remarkable achievement of 9As in the SPM examination. However, despite my stellar academic record, the scarcity of scholarships came as an unfortunate reality due to my own struggles with confidence and self-esteem, which impeded my ability to showcase my true potential during interviews and seize the opportunities that lay before me.

Exploring the real world before university

Shouldering the responsibility to support my family and fund my own education, life took an unforeseen turn when my father was hospitalized mere months into my foray into the workforce. The demands of my job not only provided financial stability but also served as a transformative crucible, nurturing invaluable soft-skills and fostering a profound growth in communication prowess that would leave an indelible mark on my journey.

Bye bye, School!

Gratitude enveloped my being as I rejoiced in the recovery of my father, allowing me to resume my studies in the foundation program, nurturing the aspirations that had taken root within me—a fervent desire to tread the noble path of becoming a Doctor, driven by a deep-rooted passion to heal, uplift lives, and make a meaningful impact in the world.
