Where it all started

After Intern, I still have another 3 semesters for my studies before graduating. However, Digi has offered me to work as Part Time UIUX Designer until I finished my studies. For a year until Covid hit, I was able to manage the project alone even though juggling between work-study life

Lesson learnt from Digi

The jump

After 2 years on Digi, I wanted to discover more about creating products rather than maintaining products. So, I decided to join a Startup named Made4u now known as Homico. I climb the ladder from UIUX Designer until become the Lead of my own UIUX Team.

What I learnt

• I learned how to lead a team from scratch

• Working in a startup environment

• Be a one-man army before having a team

• Syncing work between design & dev

• Unfortunately, the startup didn’t go so well and it closed down after operating for almost a year

The great reset

After Homico closed down, I was offered a Senior Product Designer at Aleph Labs. This was my first time working with a Design Agency that makes products for clients. I was really grateful for all the knowledge that I learned here until I become who I am today.

What it feels to become a Senior Designer at a young age

Insecurities always hit me in the face whenever I work with designers who are older than me. However, my mentor always reminds me that the company wouldn't offer me that position if I weren't qualified.
